Very Good
View from the room on the 39th and the salon on the 45th floor. Spacious room. Early check-in when arriving from the airport was much appreciated. Breakfast on the 45th + access to the salon is great. Location is almost perfect, 50m from the busy streets of Shinjuku but in a very quiet neighbourhood.

We would defintely stay at KEIO Plaza again.
The room was filled with amenities, had a great view, was clean and tidy, and we were very comfortable, The TV had programs in English, and the staff spoke English in most cases. The food in the club lounge was excellent, and the view from the 45th floor is terrific. We ate in the Aurora lounge as well, and enjoyed it very much. We waited in the lounge after check-out for our driver to come, and enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks. Keio Plaza was the first high rise in Shinjuku. They have done a terrific job of keeping it up to date. We loved it.
